InSpec for Windows NT is PC-based, 32-bit software that lets you schedule tasks and run programs
InSpec for Windows NT is PC-based, 32-bit software that lets you schedule tasks and run programs simultaneously. This measuring program allows you to measure parts, generate reports, gather information for SPC, and check geometric tolerances.

The software contains state-of-the-art vision processing tools and automated operation help. Feature measurement capabilities include system, line, point, arc, circle, distance, plane, ellipse, angle, and O-ring. Constructions include multipoint, system level, system skew, intersect, fit, system origin, perpendicular, parallel, tangent, centered, and bisect. Tolerancing capabilities are bilateral, straightness, flatness, parallelism, concentricity, positional, circularity, angularity, and perpendicularity. Files can be printed out either in SPC or spreadsheet formats. The tool has a built-in translator that will import DXF and other formats.

Another feature is image processing, which lets you determine profile and surface edges. The tools — which include pick tool, manual point, focus point for automated programs, best edge, first edge, field of view line, field of view arc, field of view circle, and field of view ellipse — provide flexibility in orientation, position, and size.
