Vector Vision Measuring System

The Vector Automated Vision System is a full-featured machine vision measuring system that comes with machine vision measuring software, intelligent zoom lens, and motorized stage. Available in 6 × 6-in. and 12 × 12-in. configurations, the system is tailored for measuring applications including injection molded parts, die and mold measurements, steel-ruled die verification, medical device inspection, semiconductor measurement, and disc and magnetic head measurements.

Features include a six-channel lighting system, programmable zoom lens, cross-roller bearing design, intelligent motion system, and the ability to make Z-axis autofocus measurements.

Specifications include:

• linear accuracy ±0.0001 in./in. and 0.0003 in. overall (6 × 6 in.) and ±0.0001 in./in. and 0.0005 in. overall (12 × 12 in.)
• repeatability of ±0.0001 in. for both models
• resolution of 0.0001 in. (0.002 mm) for both models 0.00005" optional
• speed of 2 ips for both models
