Styli are an essential element of CMM operation. We carry more than 150,000 standard sizes. Precision drilled ruby balls of grade 10, or better, are mounted on turned shanks for optimum strength. Shanks may be carbide, stainless steel, ceramic, titanium carbon fiber or sapphire. Custom styli are available, as well as a complete line of styli accessories.
