SPC Software
FSReport gives users the ability to generate comprehensive reports that complement SPC charting. Summary reports can be created for any process that's monitored by the factory floor workstations. Its sort feature also lets you define process-related variables to build the reports.
FSChart makes available a variety of statistical charts such as X-bar, Pareto, R, Sigma, and histogram for both variable and attribute analysis. This module gives users the tools to analyze a process by monitoring its natural limits, measuring the impact of improvements to the process, and helping detect possible problems before they become critical.
FSComm is used to track multiple workstations using one COM port. It gives an operator real-time status information about each station, for example, whether it's downloading or uploading information from the host PC. It serves as a gateway for information between administration and the factory floor. FSComm also acquires factory floor data and stores it in a database structure so it can either be printed out in reports or in presentations.
FSPlan lets administrators develop and maintain full spec plans for each part, operation, machine, and feature where data acquisition is being performed. It enables an operator to create and maintain variable and attribute quality plans that can be distributed to the factory floor workstations
