Synergy 2000 LE is an entry-level version of the firm's 32-bit, real time SPC/quality management software that is optimized for Windows 2000 speed, stability, and multi-tasking to deliver real-time performance.

The software provides simultaneous viewing of multiple charts, data tables, and program worksheets; has screen displays that can be customized; integrated messaging for online communications to other networked users; and real-time visual status flags for control and specification conditions.

It automatically saves data when entered, provides automatic date/time stamping, and offers unlimited data tables (sample files). The software also offers hands-free data collection from gages, scales, CMMs, optical comparators, and bar code readers.

Charting functions include: variable charts, run charts, vertical and horizontal histograms with curve fittings, attribute charts, Pareto charts, capability charts, and nominal charts for short-run data. Charts can be updated instantly without time delay and can be viewed separately or several at a time.

Calculation and analysis functions include non-normal data analysis using Johnson and Lognormal distribution analysis models, estimated or calculated sigma for control limit and process capability calculation, historical analysis or charting on entire data set, control limit calculation on three ranges of data, a query feature to search data, and full charting on query results.

The software allows users to generate custom configurable report layouts with up to eight charts or spreadsheets per page, reports by characteristic or multiple characteristic, process data reports, and provides comprehensive traceability and audit trails for ISO 9000 and QS-9000.

System requirements include Pentium PC, SVGA monitor, CD-ROM drive, 16MB RAM, and Windows 95/98/NT or 2000.
