Software for Gauge Calibration and Documentation

N/AinSeeker GageTrol software tool helps users maintain critical gauge calibration standards and documentation. It has the ability to define records for each gage in a plant, record and track complete gage calibration, and it automatically alerts users when individual gages are due for calibration. It also provides Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) analysis to ensure accurate measuring.

The software automatically assigns IDs to documents, helping many manufacturers comply with ISO 900x and QS 9000 Standards (Section 4.11) for Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment. The option to create a unique document number for each report is also featured. In addition, the software's multi-level security allows system managers to set user rights for each of the program areas, and to control which users have rights to access and print reports.
