Software for Gage Management

This software records calibration data and continuously updates the status of a calibration with five results: passed, failed, adjusted, limited use, and report of value. Users can view calibration procedures during the calibration process with the built-in viewer or interface with a word processing application. Gages can be scheduled for calibration based on specific intervals, accumulated usage time, number of uses, or number of parts checked.
In addition, the software can perform full R&R studies based upon the AIAG standard. Linearity, bias, and stability tests are supported, and studies for individual gages can be scheduled.
Tracking functions enable you to monitor gages for calibration by serial number, check out/check in, check out/check in from repair, check out/check in from calibration, R&R, bias, stability, or via custom-built, user-defined events.
In addition, the Multi-Gage Wizard lets you administer groups of gages and create events such as calibration intervals and print groups of calibration certificates, stickers, or worksheets. This feature also eliminates a lot of the repetition of managing large quantities of the same types of gages.
Advanced security lets the user create custom profiles for individual users that control access to individual gages and gage functions within the program.
The Certificate Builder creates flexible calibration certificates that can be viewed or printed as snapshot, including company logos, gage data, calibration results, boilerplate information, or custom information.
