The Roundtest RA-220 analysis options include: roundness, cylindricity, coaxiality, concentricity, radial runout, axial runout, squareness to axis and plane, wall thickness deviation, flatness and parallelism. The built-in operating panel provides versatile, easy to use control with an easy to read LCD screen supporting 10 languages. The unit has a build-in thermal printer and supports USB and RS232C data output.

With a high rotational accuracy of (0.04+6H/10000) µm, a precision air bearing, a digital adjustment turntable rated up to 55 lbs. (25 kg) and many optimizations for rapid inspection, the Mitutoyo Roundtest RA-220 combines lab-level accuracy with factory floor capacity.
