Repeatability and Reproducibility Software

R&Rpack 2000 software, which was designed to follow recommendations specified in AIAG's Measurement Systems Analysis manual, provides a complete statistical and graphical analysis of measurement systems. It helps users conform to ISO 9000 and QS-9000 requirements.

This software contains reports and charts that summarize statistical data to help you meet customer requirements. It also generates the reports and charts required by AIAG to help you detect stability, linearity, repeatability, reproducibility, bias, and part-to-part variations in measurement systems.

Reports include:

• Linearity Plots, which illustrate the accuracy of the measurement system across the range of part values
• Stability Charts that provide a graphical display of a measurement system's performance over time
• Control Charts (X-bar and R), which plot chart repeatability to detect sources of error
• Whiskers Charts that graphically display the variation of operators' measurements
• Gage Error Histograms, which show the distribution of measurement deviations from true values
• Gage Performance Curves, which determine the probability of acceptance or rejection of parts (producer/consumer risk)
• Intraclass Correlation Plots that depict distinct data/product categories
• Operator Inconsistency Charts, which indicate whether there are different levels of variation among the operators
• Operator Bias Charts that show whether there is bias among the operators
• Multigage Studies, which include Gage Inconsistency Charts that indicate whether there are different levels of variation among the gages and Gage Bias Charts that show whether there is bias among the gages.
