PULCOM V Series Machine Control Gauges

PULCOM V Series is Control unit with electric micrometer for machine control gauging, using a microprocessor and a TFT color LCD panel with touch-panel.

For high added-value measurement and control such as SPC control (Post-process), roundness measurement, FFT analysis, and machining status indication/output (In-process).

Configuration of the hardware connectable with max. 4 gage heads and the software to handle max. 32 gauging items ensures the simultaneous parallel processing, very suitable to a multi-item measurement. Further integration of the gage head extension unit PULCOM V11 can increase the number of connectable gage heads to max. 32. (Option)

PULCOM V10 employs a 6.4 inch color LCD touch panel for much easier operation; while PULCOM V20 having a 14.1 inch larger display is also available, visible at a glance from far.

Languages are English and Japanese, the unit can be switched between millimeter and inch systems, and the supply voltage can be 85 - 250 VAC at no setting change.

The least resolution of 0.01 µm for the need of higher accuracy, and the indication range up to ±5000µm for meeting the demand of wider range. The most appropriate indication range is chosen automatically for individual gages, applying a resolution and indication range that fit to the gage characteristics.

The work drawing can be shown, allowing for clear instruction on the gauging points.
