The PHT-1300 compact hardness test is designed to provide high accuracy, a wide measuring range, and simplicity of operation
Phase II Machine & Tool0 compact hardness test is designed to provide high accuracy, a wide measuring range, and simplicity of operation.

Suitable for testing the hardness of all metals, the device combines the universal impact device D and a data processor in a single unit. It has an impact energy of 8ft/lb (11Nmm) and automatically computes all Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, and Shore hardness values. The impact direction can be set so that accurate values can be achieved at any angle and statistical mean value is automatically provided.

The unit's measuring method is defined as the quotient of the impact body's rebound velocity over its impact velocity. When the tester is connected to its optional printer, it can perform real time or batch printing. Other optional accessories include various support rings to meet the requirements of specialized applications.
