Panel-mount Display

The DS-11 display is designed to provide accurate and reliable rpm readings from 0.01 or 9,999 rpm and is compatible with any digital encoder or proximity probe capable of 9-29 V pulse output with resolutions ranging from 1 to 9,999 pulses per revolution (ppr). Requiring only encoder resolution, the ppr can be entered directly into the display without any math or scaling.

The programmable display can monitor a range of input frequencies, from less than 1 Hz to more than 400 KHz. The display is easy to operate and features text prompts that can allow users to quickly read through the descriptive menu. With the compact panel design, parameters and their values are easily entered, changed, and exhibited, according to the manufacturer. The display also features a high-contrast, backlit LCD to ensure an illuminated, clear display.

In addition, the display includes a "power on delay" feature, which allows equipment time to reach operating speed before monitoring. The device is also engineered with four programmable high/low limit alarm conditions to either alarm or latch the faulty condition until it is corrected. A manually designated alarm trip count can ensure timely and precise detection.
