Palm OS® software for Temperature and Humidity Loggers

Veriteq sGo software for Palm OS® allows users to take real-time readings and download Veriteq Spectrum data loggers using a Palm™ handheld, instead of a laptop computer.
Compatible with Palm OS® 3.5 or later, Veriteq sGo software uses an interface cable to communicate with Veriteq Spectrum data loggers. A typical Palm™ handheld can download dozens of data logger files, reducing collection time for those working with multiple field-mounted loggers. Data files are further transferred to a PC during the normal Palm HotSync® operation. Once on the PC, files can be analyzed, graphed, and printed using the standard Veriteq Spectrum software.
Veriteq sGo software allows the user to view temperature, humidity, voltage, and current readings in real-time, without interrupting the data logging process. This feature means that users such as Quality Control technicians can use a Palm™ handheld for in-field spot checks or trouble shooting.
Another key feature is the ability to setup and name each data logger while at the desired monitoring location. This allows the user to choose meaningful descriptors that relate to the data logger's location. Other parameters that can be set with Veriteq sGo software include sampling frequency, start-time and channel selection.
Of course, all of the above advantages are made possible by the digital nature of data loggers. This adds to the list of compelling reasons that has been prompting firms to replace their analog chart-recorders with more functional data loggers.
Veriteq Spectrum data loggers are used by Plant Operating Engineers, Researchers, Facility Operators, Quality Control Personnel and Calibration Lab Technicians. These individuals place a high-value on being able to accurately monitor humidity, temperature, voltage, and current. With Veriteq sGo software they can now setup, read and download any of this data using a Palm OS® handheld.
