Optical Profiler

The Wyko NT3300 Optical Profiling System combines non-contact interferometry with automation for accurate, in-line 3D surface height measurements. With applications in R&D, process control, quality inspection and failure analysis, the profiler provides surface details for key areas such as optics, advanced materials, MEMS, and semiconductor packaging. It provides repeatable area measurements, with resolution down to 0.1 nm on samples up to 30 cm x 30 cm, with 20 cm x 20 cm of automated travel.
