The Lasercheck In-Process Surface Roughness Measurement Gage uses laser technology and Windows® based software to measure Ra roughness of a variety of materials including metals (sheet formed and/or machined), magnetic media, plastics and ceramics. Lasercheck's in-process capability allows the user to QC 100% of products or parts right in the manufacturing process, increasing yield and allowing the user to control production to tighter tolerances.
