Multisensor CMM

Using both contact and non-contact sensors, the Multisensor line of coordinate measuring machines measures high-precision plastic injection molded parts, computer hard drives, hydraulic components, and other items that conventional gages can't measure. The CMMs provide full 3D measurement with 5 axes of motion and control.

The systems come with the firm's 32-bit Windows NT-based software that lets users measure a part with one, two, or all three sensors. Features include an integrated video and laser scanning system with a common optical path that provides offset-free measurements, a CAD interface for reverse engineering tasks, complete laser scanning, and 2D Best Fit scanning that evaluates profile geometry.
