Microprocessor Column Amplifier
Version 4.0 of the Accu-Setter microprocessor column amplifier boasts several advanced features
Edmunds Gages of the Accu-Setter microprocessor column amplifier boasts several advanced features including the ability to display the measurement of up to four checks. One gage can measure four features of a single part, or an operator can use up to four gaging fixtures concurrently with the device. It can be configured either for air-electronic or electronic dimensional measurement applications. In addition, up to six programs can be stored in memory.

Practically all operations are controlled by one button. The LED alphanumeric display prompts step-by-step setup and gaging functions and an LED bargraph and other indicators permit monitoring of part measurement. The Auto Recognition function automatically identifies the gage being used in a multiple fixture application and Auto Reset (for dynamic gaging) lets the user program a time delay to reset the display before measurements are taken.

PC software is available to program the device on a PC offline and upload data into the column.
