Video Measurement Software

Windows NT-based Galaxy software is designed to work with the company's OMIS and DataStar dimensional measurement systems. It comes with proprietary edge detection tools that provide optimum speed and throughput, and can be used in self-teach mode or configured for custom applications. The software has 2D and 3D feature measurement and construction tools and gives you the flexibility to fully control parameters.

Other features include the ability to edit part programs in real time using the modify, insert, delete, undelete, and duplicate function keys, and each measurement step can be directly accessed and modified using spreadsheet-type parameter tables.

In addition, user-defined toolbars and hot keys let you develop multiple layouts for user interface and keyboard shortcuts. A "one button run" program is also available.

The software also comes with built-in report capabilities (you also can customize reports) and the ability to directly export data to Excel, QC Calc, IQ-FormFit, or ASCII without operator intervention.
