American Technica, Inc.ine of machine tool probes includes infrared relay, radio-wave, cable, mini probes, and laser and mechanical tool setters. They deliver precision repeatability to 0.00004 in. a compact device that's easy to install because of a single receiver and interface unit.
The probes feature the easy patented on/off switch with sturdy construction, which resists hostile environments. It is also constructed with a "breakshaft" that eliminates costly damage to the probe and styli during operation. The infrared probe runs on a 9 V battery with a low battery warning light and easy access to change the battery. It has a strong infrared signal for increased transmission reliability and range.
Available in a 68° transmission angle, the probing systems are made of high quality parts and can reduce setup times as well as the need for additional measuring requirements.
