Opti-Zoom is a turnkey system that performs inspection and measurements using zoom optics, video, and precision cross-roller based staging. Available in several configurations, the system is equipped with a precision machined aluminum alloy Z-column and base, 10–120x macro-zoom lens, S-video color CCD camera, 14-in. S-video color monitor, adjustable fiber-optic top lighting, and an S-video digital crosshair generator with movable X-Y crosshairs. A choice of digital readouts is available, including the QuadraCheck 2000.
Stage specs include 4 x 2 in. measuring range, 0.0001 in. straightness of travel, 0.00015 in. positioning accuracy, and bi-directional repeatability of 0.00015 in.
