Handheld Multifunction Gage

A device used by manufacturers as well as job shops, the VersaGage portable handheld gage can be used in place of measuring devices such as calipers, height gages, single-axis measurement tables, and CMMs.

Available in 18, 24, 40, 60, and 80 lengths, the gage has a large digital readout with resolution to 0.0005, reads either in inches or metric format, and needs no tools or adjustments. A hold button lets the operator make difficult or awkward measurements and a data port allows connection to data gathering devices or SPC software. The unit calibration is traceable to NIST, and the 60 model weighs 4 lbs. Applications include aerospace, automotive, machine shops, durable goods manufacturing, and capital and custom machine builders.
