Gaging Probe and Digital Readout

Providing dynamic gaging with a full inch measurement range, this gaging probe and digital readout offers ±0.5µm accuracy. This linear encoder (model ENC10006) plugs directly into the readout (model ERO1071). Menus are included to set tolerance limits, capture minimum and maximum values, and calculate the difference or TIR.

Designed for production environments, the readout accepts up to nine encoders and can store nine programs, each with its own preset, tolerance limits, resolution, and gaging direction. The linear encoder can perform comparative and absolute measurements of various part sizes without setup changes. Two probes can be used simultaneously with the readout calculating A+B or A-B, and up to 30 probes sharing the same presets and tolerances can be scanned.
