Gage InSite industrial gage management software solution is a versatile, 32-bit client/server system that's fully equipped with features and support for database formats including Sybase, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.

The flexible system features:

• calibration scheduling and studies, which let you schedule calibrations based on specific intervals, accumulated usage time, number of uses, or number of parts checked. The R&R study module lets users perform full R&R studies based upon the AIAG standard. The software also supports linearity, bias, and stability studies based on AIAG standards.
  
• digital calibration certificates, which are compatible with MAPI e-mail systems.
  
• 3rd-party certificate scanning, which lets you scan paper certificates from outside sources into the software.
  
• gage and part recall, in which you can recall gages that could be affected by any discrepancy in your master. It also tracks parts that are measured by each gage for full QS-9000 compliance.
  
• client/server database, which supports the needs of a multi-user environment. The software also provides a single user, local workstation version.
  
• multi-level security, giving each user a customized profile that controls the level of access.
  
• data migration from legacy systems that allow you to move data from a previous gage management system.
