Gage Calibration Software Upgrade

Developed for management of factory floor gages, Quantum Factory EnGage software provides paperless data
Developed for management of factory floor gages, Quantum Factory EnGage software provides paperless data transfer between the end-user and calibration labs. The software tracks factory floor gages, laboratory meters, electronic instruments, or any other device that needs regularly scheduled calibration.

This upgrade lets users reselect gages into the export tab using the history toolbar. It also contains a modified quick-events feature that can print calendar worksheets. For linearity, bias studies, and R&R grids, the gage studies module highlights the field used for acceptance/rejection calculations and colors it red/green if passed or failed (red, yellow, green for R&R).

Other enhancements include log-on screen upgrades with increased evaluation time from 30–45 days and purging of export/import history data. In addition, file description, file name, and comments categories have been added to the export/import history report, and P.O. numbers are now part of the front of the comment section. Other program enhancements include the ability to print calibration worksheets from the history tab and a utility that lets you merge gages, which is useful for adjusting incorrect imports of data.

Other features include:

  • extensive gage inventory database system
  • powerful gage traceability features
  • detailed gage event tracking system
  • gage calibration management system
  • AIAG-compliant gage study system
  • quality control tracking
  • kitting of gages
  • quantum SPC/DC checking for calibration state

The software supports English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, as well as user-defined languages.

System requirements are Windows 95, 98, or NT 4.0, Pentium processor, at least 16 MB RAM (24 MB or more recommended for NT 4.0), and mouse or pointing device.
