Gage Calibration Software

Two main areas of functionality are calibration and gage R&R. The calibration function establishes schedules for individual gages and helps prevent over-calibration. It tracks all the information about each gage to ensure an accurate, consistent measurement, and also monitors gages to make sure the unacceptable parts are rejected. The Gage R&R function contains charts and statistics that show the measurement of the variability across gages and the operators who use them; this information enables you to adjust the process. Calibration records can be retrieved in a quality system audit, and online calibration procedures are available to help operators perform the calibrations correctly.
System requirements include Windows NT, 98, or 95; Pentium 133 MHz or higher; 32 MB RAM; and 20 MB of hard disk space.
