Enterprise-wide SPC Software

Applied Stats Enterprise Monitor (ASEM) provides enterprise-wide management of Applied Stats SPC workstations. The software is bring enterprise-wide SPC data directly to the management desktop, expediting process performance monitoring and quality reporting.

With this product, one ASEM station can monitor an unlimited number of networked Applied Stats workstations, which permits supervisory personnel to observe quality data at-a-glance from any location. (This includes SPC results, alarm conditions, and operations staff logged on at a specific workstation.) Users can customize the ASEM window to show just a few workstations, a full line, or an entire facility.

Features include a real-time alarm notification and alarm log that provides immediate alarm information. Indicators include color-coded status icons, audible alerts, and instant workstation alarm log updates. In addition, the SPC analysis tools of Applied Stats are part of Enterprise Monitor. Printing options can produce these displays as reports.

The software also offers a built-in Summary All report feature that can function with online workstation connection files or as an offline-reporting tool. It displays a compiled SPC summary for all selected files, including all filters applied to individual files or global filters applied to the entire selection.
