Enterprise Quality Management Software

Based on the requirements of production industries, Quality Navigator for Quality Assurance and Quality Control software is designed to provide services that address quality issues in manufacturing and distribution without raising quality costs. This module is one of four parts of this suite of management services.

The package contains modules that address functions and tasks that include vendor monitoring, inspection, laboratory information management systems, equipment connect, non-conformance management, and complaints and actions.

• Vendor Monitoring permanently tracks the performance of internal and external suppliers or vendors with tasks including inspections at the vendor's site or in-house, as well as quality audits and monitoring of price and lead time.
• Inspection System supports verification, testing, and sampling of materials, components, and specific parts, with or without a unique identification, from incoming goods inspection.
• Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is a set of functions and tools for lab automation and lab information management.
• Equipment Connect automatically tracks and records the results from measuring devices to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Non-Conformance Management, with both preventive and corrective action plans and validation rules, is used to reduce waste and optimize supplier and manufacturing performance.
• Complaint and Actions deals with monitoring and registering problems, complaints, and corrective actions related to the product, the batch or serial number during and after production.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) performs tasks according to the user's requirements and capabilities by combining charting and analysis capabilities with interactive operation.
