Gagemaker, Inc.C MT-4000 electronic adjustable calibration and measurement center is designed to maximize accuracy for precision calibration of cylindrical and threaded ring and plug gages. The device offers a 1-in. travel with an accuracy of ±0.00002 in. and a 0.00001 in. resolution.
Five base unit models are available, with travels from 0㪤 in. through 0–60 in. in 12-in. increments.
This model is also used for hand tool calibration. In the proper environment, the benchtop unit can achieve accuracies of ±0.00002 in. over 1 in. of travel.
