Column Indicator

N/A800 column indicator, which is said to be easy to program, easy to read, and lightweight, offers capabilities such as "fast measure" of plug gages, snap gages, small fixtures, and multiprobe set-ups whose tolerance settings are enhanced by tri-color bars and digital readings.

The range is variable — from ±0.150 to ±0.0005 in. imperial or ±1.500 to ±0.005 mm metric (plus one customized range in each measure). The unit has a large, clear, tri-color 100-bar LED display, RS-232C outputs, and accepts half-bridge or LVDT electronic probes.

Other features include:
•tolerance settings with colored LED control
•TIR, max, min, and mean capability
•automatic range selection related to tolerance setting
•automatic zero adjustment preset facility for absolute or offset settings
•seven fixed and one optional setting in metric and inch ranges
•tolerance outputs to relays or PLC

The column has multiple data transfer modes offering several ways to connect to the company's MPACS Process Data Collection and other third-party SPC systems.
