Compatible with a variety of air gage tooling, the instrument offers high resolution and repeatability and is said to be accurate for use in high- and low-magnification applications.
The device is shop-floor ready to make in-process measurements; the large readout can display data in a digital or analog format. Keypad accessible features include tolerances, presets, actual values, and more.
Other features include auto-calibration, auto-zero, and master offset calibration that make the unit easy to set up and use. It outputs a signal to activate warning lights and other equipment. The operator also can switch between English and metric units.
