AIR GAGE READOUTS - MICRO-AIR COMPARATORS

Micro-Air Comparators feature digital displays and RS-232 serial data ouputs for S.P.C. data logging. Precision ceramic pressure sensors provide stability from drift not found in competitive instruments. The Micro-Air operates all makes of air gage members.

Single setting master Micro-Air is factory calibrated to Western's Series 60, 70, or 80 specifications. They operate Western's single master gaging members, or similar members manufactured by Federal Products Corporation.

Dual master Micro-Airs have user accessible front panel span and pneumatic zero controls. They operate Western's series 10 gaging members, or members made by other manufacturers, such as Sheffield, Moore Products, and Edmunds.

Features
Selectable gage sensitivity and range. Eight built-in gaging ranges - four English, four metric. User selects from variety of ranges and resolutions.

Digital display. Bright, 8-digit L.E.D. readout for excellent readability. A 101 segment, high res, bar graph display provides instant tolerance limit visualization.

Tolerance indicator lights. Indicate over/under tolerance conditions. Output signals are available for control of automated processes.

Total Indicator Reading (T.I.R.). Allows user to determine size change range.

Digital preset. Input nominal setting master size during initial setup, then switch to gage mode to display actual part sizes.
