3D Portable Measuring Arm

Able to accommodate a variety of solutions from small to large volumes, the Armony 3D portable measuring arm is a modular device with variable lengths. It is specially designed to reach points that are difficult to measure, emphasizing the importance of the accuracy, mobility, and speed.

Features include 12 possible modular configurations (in 5-, 6-, and 7-axis models), accuracy from 0.025 mm (0.001-in.) and single point accuracy of 2 sigma, and measuring volume up to 5,100 mm (200-in.).

The arm is constructed of thermally stable carbon fiber and also is available in anodized aluminum (aircraft grade).

Depending on the model, applications include measuring car exteriors, welded parts, assembly fixtures, commercial vehicle cabs, industrial tools, plastics, gages, dashboards, and prototype parts.

Available accessories include a mobile stand, contact probes, portable workstation, computer case, magnetic base, elbow unit, riser extensions, and a reference sphere.
