eM-Inspector enables reading in DMIS files, and their execution on NC Machine Tools and CMMs through a direct bi-directional communications link. It brings 3D CAD data to the shop floor with a Windows NT based inspection system, and can drive NC machine tools with DMIS 2.1 and 3.0 commands. eM-Inspector provides consistent mathematical diagnostic analyses regardless of the measurement device.
