PULCOM mini Sigma II

• Even when a difference in diameter exceeds 20 mm, operation is easy. You simply press a contact against the master and turn a setting lever. No tools are required.

PULCOM Super Sigma
High-precision outer- and inner-diameter measuring heads

• High-precision measuring heads with resolution as high as a reading of 0.01 µm.
  
• Even when temperature changes by 10°C, changes in measured values are 0.5 µm or less. This proves that they are resistant to temperature changes.
  
• There are no drifts in measured values. This eliminates the need for dimensional correction even at power on.
  
• Optimum as in-process gages for machining tools that machine high-precision parts.
  
• Suitable as post-process gages such as ranking parts that have a small width of tolerances (e.g., selecting them in 0.5 µm ).
